Plexus r+d provided design leadership for CF Real Estate’s new corporate headquarters, located in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia. The project involved the complete fit-up of a second story space that had been unoccupied for thirty years. We created an interior environment that celebrates the industrial nature of the existing building, with providing meeting and teaming spaces that are warm and residential in character. We also added new windows along three sides of the building envelope, to provide dramatic natural light throughout the space. The result of this juxtaposition of industrial and domestic elements is a rich and dynamic space that is both comfortable and collaborative.
